There are some small marks on it in the normal places (head tube/rear stays/other bits) which I’ve touched in with a touch type lacquer made for cars. You can then t cut that back to give it a shiny finish but in the right light it the marks will be visible still! I used t-cut on the whole frame then used a car wax to get it looking fresh 👌🏻

Frame looks so nice and shiny. You mentioned lacquer. Is that the trick? Which lacquer?
