How did it happen you ask? Well, I saw it in slow motion. Coffee cup lid that was blown by a breeze as I was mid corner. Went right under the tyre. Rest is history.

Get shoulder looked at, don't be a fucking idiot like I was. Have issues now from soft tissue damage that means I've ended up with frozen shoulders as I didn't listen to doctors after skiing injuries. Don't be as stupid as me.
