its the ones sent out on shoots that don’t (from Rolex) the GMT i had to shoot was non working and had fixed hands.
off the top of my head i can’t remember any other watches that were dummy models though there might have been (i have shot too many to remember)
Hah! It's good to know there's a smidgen of truth to the myth. I suppose there must be so many watches sent out for photography that they can make quite a saving if the case is empty. And anything sent out on loan by PR or marketing people to photographers can easily disappear in transit.
So there's no truth in the rumour that the do-not-sell watches have no movements?
