Its about 30cm by 40cm, but significantly higher than other printers, as the filament sits on top.

Ah yes, the stock one does seem a little flimsy.

Currently using Cura as my slicer. I know pretty much nothing about 3D modelling so going to see if there are some tutorials I can use to learn something like OpenSCAD
