I am going to do it using this hub. I'll use a bolt on cog on the six bolt side and then have a screw on six bolt adapter coming my way for the threaded side. But I gues you don't really need the rear brake. I just thought it would be nice and most parts are already there
My strong conviction after yesterdays commute on a fixed with disk brake fork, is that if it's going to be used on slush-frozen-to bark-like ice and studded tires, you'll be really happy for the rear brake.
If there's no ice in sunny Jylland(?) then ignore above!
