• The 55th Anniversary spring drives without the indicator are nearer £8k, nearly twice what I paid. I'd be happy with any GS, mech, quartz or spring, photos do not do the dials justice. My friend now has a snowflake, it looks exceptional (minus the indicator).

  • The snowflake dial is stunning and probably the nicest I've seen from any maker for more of a dress watch and GS do this blue water effect now which is lovely. I'm going with a quartz as my introduction to these but the plan is to chop in every couple of years add 1-2k and upgrade every time remaining a one nice watch guy rather than a collector
