I'm not sure if this has been posted before, I've tried searching "Aceoffix" but no one has shared their complete Aceoffix Ace01 bike before.
This 1:1 Chinese copy has been gaining traction here in Singapore. There's many Brompton copies in Singapore but the original Brompton still has more users here.
Got it for $1198.00 Singapore Dollars. I've another Breakbrake17 Karma that's why I'm on lfgss hehe. Apologies if this is totally unsuitable here. I'm just here to look for purple Brompton inspirations and came across this thread.
Edit : I've read comments and decided to share some specs.
9.8kg all steel
Aceoffix parts mostly
I've changed to Schwalbe One tans from the original Aceoffix tyres which were the same as Innova.
3 speed ltwoo shifter
external 3 speed aceoffix pusher and derailleur
11,13,17T cogs
what looks like silverock wheelsets, no logos
saddle changed to litepro as I'm a 90kg fattieIntend to change out the pedals to nicer quick-release ones, nicer rubber grips, 56T crankset, current is 52T.
Last photo was the day I got it .

Yup, weighed them both when doing the swap.
Ti weighs 308g
Steel weighs 556g.We did weigh the rear triangles the other week when we had a Ti replacement triangle come in but I can't remember the numbers.

What in the actual fuck is the deal with that sticker?
I can only assume that it's alerting people to the fact that you yourself are not safe for women. -
• #10885
I thought the same when I saw it but hopes it must be along the lines of, streets are not safe for women
-
• #10886
It's a play of words since NSFW has always been around forums for explicit stuff. I was pretending that my bike is explicit but instead of Not Safe For Work, it's Not Safe For Women where the sticker maker could have put something else other than "Women". Plus, I put on whatever the fuck I want on my bike hehe.

Not a reference point I'm used to, you know your weights sir!

Thanks for the detailed explanation. Have you ever wondered what negative impacts other people's interpretation of your sticker might have on you? Do you commute on that bike? Do you fold it and take it into the office?
-
• #10890
No choice. I have to explain in detail even if I look foolish despite knowing well what I do to my bike won't please everyone and don't have to.
I have the bike at my workplace behind the counter, I rent out bicycles for a living so yeah I don't force people to read my sticker or force my opinion into their heads.

Sorry, I'm in Singapore. I'm not sure if these are available in the UK. They're available on AliExpress or Taobao.

Anyone knows the difference with slim vs standard Ergon GE1 Evo Bar Grips? More specifically which one is for a Brompton handlebar?
-
• #10897
It's the thickness or girth of the grip depending on your hand size that is different.
No one specific to Brompton unless you have old shape M bars when the length will be an issue. -
• #10898
Either be fine, just depends on your hand size

• #10899
How heavy are they and can I get two in to a suitcase?

Thanks all, is there much difference with GA1 vs GA2 preference aside from comfort, grip and price?
Don't ask how, but, managed to lay my hands on these today and fitted it.
A very expensive way to shave off 248g.
Now to source a matching rear triangle.
