Bought the decathalon jacket yesterday .. was hoping/expecting to not really need it but today’s 15km (reduced from the planned 30km) I needed it the entire run - absolutely horrible conditions in Harrogate boggy, windy, torrential rain.. jacket seemed to live up to its claims. It still felt a bit condommy but certainly kept me dry and fit and articulation felt good. The hood could have benefitted from a longer peak but beyond that seems decent for the money.

Description says that it has fully taped seams, Not tried it though but could be an affordable option ?
