  • Yeah do it! Jelly ears are great.

    Dehydrate them by leaving them on a plate somewhere warm until they dry out completely.

    Then rehydrate them in orange juice or booze then cover in chocolate.

    I've used rose water (turkish delight!), amaretto, rum and bourbon for this, all tasty.
