Michael Crebbin at Complete Physio (they have a few locations). He knows bikes and cycling physiology so can suggest bike fitting solutions as well as exercises etc.
Sorted my dodgy knee out with stretches and suggestion of new insoles so I'm very happy.

Echoing the above - Michael Crebbin, or Nic Roberts. She had sessions at Leadenhall, Clapham or occasionally Forest Hill.

Anyone know a good physio in North London? Cycling specific knowledge would be awesome too. Patellofemoral wear and some minor wear in the trochlea. Best mitigation is strengthening the joint area

Nichola Roberts (book an early slot as she's sometimes quite rushed by the end of the day).
http://velophysio.co.uk/phone/index.htmlÂ...Not north but worth the journey for cycling-specific stuff.

Thanks gaz. She seems to be pretty high on everyone's recommendation list! I used to live on the same road as balance physio annoyingly

Any SE recommendations for non cycling related physio? I have a fooked shoulder from BJJ and although Nichola is excellent i'm guessing she is better suited to cycling specific stuff.

Any SE recommendations for non cycling related physio?
I've had fantastic treatment for torn ACL, cervical facet syndrome, ankle impingement and a bad rotator cuff problem at VPhysio in Greenwich. Originally recommended to me by a knee surgeon. I have recommended then to three friends (for running niggles, rotator cuff and a very serious multiple leg fracture recovery) and they have all had good experiences.

Body Alliance in Brixton have been really good for my accrued lifetime of sports injuries. Lower back injury, neck tightness, wrist sprains, several pulled muscles and injured tendons in arms and hands, plantar fasciitis, overused knee tendons… Really dedicated pros at a good price.

@Stonehedge @somethingclever thanks both, will check them out

Bump on this. Any recommendations? Partner has severe lower back problems that need looking into.

Dan Boyd in Parsons Green is a good guy with a lot of experience with cycling related issues. Does bike fits etc. as well as his physio practice https://physioonthegreen.com/dan-boyd/

I've always found the osteopaths here very good.
https://www.london-osteopath.co.uk/
Old St.Most come from the British School of Osteopathy (https://clinic.uco.ac.uk/?gad=1) where if price is an issue you can have a session with 3rd/4th year students that are overseen by qualified osteopaths.
I have been to both
