+1 for yarmo - I have a crew neck one and its good.
Also outdoor knitwear do a good range - I have one of these:

Another +1 for Yarmo. Got that rollneck as well. Amazing quality for the money. Doesn't really hit North Sea Clothing level of niceness, but not far off. For work I think it's spot on.
Also have a Guernsey sweater that I really rate as well. Wore it more or less daily for 3-4 years and you can barely tell
Simple dandy rugged knitted jumper suggestions? Preferably something textured/speckled to help hide dirt/dog hair etc. This is ok but not a fan of the label
