The F800s stands out to me too. Not sure about belt drive or the overall personality though.
The RNineT with an S or Bikini fairing is still a bit too much money for me to take a punt on.

Would this suit you sir? £4500, 9k miles. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/-/275149645410 The problem with them is that they make it ridiculously easy to go very very fast on a twisty road which you don't know. I doubt there's a faster A to B bike in the real world.

K1 was peak future bike but I absolutely agree on the sentiment re: current design language...
I have also always rather liked the F800S too...
