Hey, stupid question I know but how do you push with the flat of your foot rather than the ball of it?
Went for another skate today and after about 30mins my calf tightened up so much I couldn’t push off with it. Thinking ive been using the action of pushing off on your toes rather than whatever the correct motion is.
