That is exceptional. Wonder what the tubing is, sl(x), thron?

I wouldn't consider a steel frameset without a sloping fork crown and fastback or wishbone seatstays, this is nice.
Looks a size too big for the rider, unless a couple of decades of compact frames have warped my eye

Thanks. Gazelle CX frame, clears 35c.

Stunning build. Are those TA rings?

So very good, proportions just so.
For horizontal top tubes, 56 cm or 58cm is the Goldilocks zone, neither too big nor too small

Love lurid retro paint jobs like this.

Still need to take it out for a ride to get the fit sorted but happy with how this build has come out. 1996 C40

Tight AF, except Italian bikes without Campy are a bit wrong IMO.
The oil slick EEs are pure win. Maybe some of that black bar tape with the colour right on the end would balance the flash of colour on the seat, if you can match it

Putting the rad back in fahrrad. Let me know when you want to get rid of that fork. Looks suitable for a 58 frame :)

Looks like it’s got nice comfy tyres, are they 25’s? Will look banging in the sunshine 🌞
Wouldn't it be "Old Grooupset on old frame"? Downtube shifters?
