Down from 93kg at New Year to a tickle under 85kg today. Rolling from 1500-1800 calories a day for a 600ish deficit depending on exercise.
Superbowl next next weekend so going to have a bit of a Bodeans blowout and then reset. I must admit I expected 85kg to take a lot longer so much have been carrying a lot of water weight. Going to tap sub 80 then let the mirror decide if I want to taper back up to try and maintain at ~82kg or to keep going to 75kg. Most of the cravings for junk are gone now/habits broken but shopping while hungry still a bad choice.
