Made it! I was gonna share it with Prolly but then Bunyan Velo approached me first. It probably is more at home there anyways 😉

If there is a market for this I am ready to go full time making kids bikes. I am having a lot of fun building mini frames

Scale it up to adult size and I'm in. Huge fat bike to match the huge fat rider.

Plus size is my favourite kind of human. All those slammed stem zero body fat people can get in the sea

I decided to bend the bracket a bit and it wasn't great but at least light sits better now

I think you're doing yourself a disservice here. The mount adaptor looks good; you can always bend a new bracket to adjust the position for future fine-tuning.

Quite sure it's closer to genius than to shit. :)

Shame you can’t just run the light upside down
-
• #5397
Edelux lights work with supernova multi mounts so perhaps you can figure out something with one of those
-
• #5398
I am too cheap to invest in another EDELUX that does upside down mounting
-
• #5399
Well all of the solutions I've seen won't make it less clunky.
What I really need is the light to be able to attach to the fork crown or flip upside down. -

Just bought this. Not perfect but it will do until I do something better or buy the right light
