I have a booster pump which I tend to use. But I also have a proper air compressor for chainsaw cleaning/nail gun duties but have never had to resort to that.
Which inserts are best for general trail riding/basic downhill etc? I am in the middle ground of not being an xc whippet or an enduro/massive sick air rider.

Cheaper than an rim and re-lacing though. I've got an Airshot, and a Ryobi hand held electric pump that normally does the trick, also cost about a third of the cost of my track pump and goes up to 150 psi.

Jeez inserts aren’t cheap! I’m off to use my local mechanics compressor to get the tyre back on this morning so I’ll ask him to sort it.
Out of interest what compressor/ air shot thing do people like these days? I need some sort of home solution
