Cemetery wall at the very top of Hartington Road, where it turns sharp right into St. Helen's Road.

The design is brand new, too. StreetView from April 2021 still shows what it used to look like:

Yes, the new design is lovely; much better. I think there's a small plaque saying who made it... could be the children from a local school. I'll have a look next time I'm up there, or perhaps @Squash knows...

Not of the top of my head, but I'm near enough that I can pop past and have a look.
