You could buy stainless aglets separately then install on the laces of your choice.

Hmmm. Satisfaction at them looking great has been somewhat undermined by discovery that they've been left with nails poking through the insole round the heel! I kept thinking there was something in my shoe... had a closer look and yep. Fucking nails. Shall be revisiting the shop again today.

Clunkier and possibly tougher, I always recommend Duckfeet. Their leather is super durable and they use stitch down (right term?) to connect the upper and the sole.
