Just from pics. You can see that the brushing is ok but the polishing and buffing is not particularly carefully done. Wobbly reflections and soft edges.
Edit: I think it’s perfectly fine for the price, to be clear, especially considering the detail on the dial, and I don’t think it spoils the watch.

I think I might pick one up - personally I like it, think it’s a bit different, priced well etc makes a change from all the tool/dive watches
@Regal where have you seen the finishing? Or just from pics?
