Odyssey make a 13t if that's any use? I think for 14t you're probably looking for a Dicta one.

that will be too small for a track hub. the threads are for a specific type of bmx hub.

I figured the limitation I found in searching would be the thread diameter of a track hub. I think I worked out a different way around so I should be good in the end. Thanks to you, @snottyotter and @Dry for the help!
