this is ridiculous but: how do I stop myself crossing my legs at my desk?! It is really bad for me, it makes work horribler that it needs to be but I do it compulsively.
I have tried to provide myself with an adequate workspace and followed the HS guidelines but to no avail. Do I need a kneeling desk stool thing or is there something I can attach to my chair? I know, bizarre question and I fell silly. My work really stresses me out too.
