We have them perfect. (For two servings) Two 50ml jiggers to one 25 ml Sweet Vermouth (can't remember what we have, might be Cinzano right now) 25ml Noilly Prat, stirred with ice, couple of shakes of Angostura Bitters and Luxardo cherry.

Rye Manhattans are lush too. Bulleit Rye is good for those
