To change tack slightly, our tappet chests are done - pictured with the originals:

Why have we made these?
- The originals can fracture, typically this is a hydraulic fracture when oil can't be cleared fast enough (a related issue which we've addressed with additional scavenging), but making them much stronger can't hurt
- We need to change the location of the oiling channels and the height of the tappets because we're changing to a smaller base circle on the cams (because we're grinding OEM cams to our new profile)
- And we're changing to valves with a longer valve stem to accommodate the changes we've made
- Just look at them

MOT on the bimmer for another year. 7634 miles done in it since the last one. and only cost me £371.76 this year. I will take that for a years essentially trouble free motoring.
And means I can get home for Christmas without putting anyone out or enjoying three train connections one or all of which could be fucked.

Is that text from your website?
If so, please employ a copywriter. -

Come by mine and see what of mine fits.
Be warned though, this is a deep rabbit hole. -

If only there were a motorbike thread.

Nope, it’s only been posted here. Spelling mistakes? Something else?

Ahh…. I see. Ignore me then. I assumed it was copy & pasted from the website you mentioned a while back, and really doesn’t read well from a “reasoning behind making a high performance product you should spend lots of money on” point of view IMHO. (But my opinion is irrelevant as my assumption was incorrect, as usual!)

On another note, Disco has cracked rim. Was thinking of replacing all 4 wheels with cheapo steel jobbies. Is there any obvious reason I shouldn’t get these:
Terrafirma seem to have decent enough reviews online.

Top lols. Luckily the bar to riding a bike successfully is pretty low.
I know you’re joking about the power ranger suit but someone did wear one of those on my CBT!

There used to be a guy that delivered Pizza in my old town.
Used to turn up to work on a fireblade, full leathers, then jump on the shop bike and deliver, still in the same regalia.Always assumed his delivery was like the opening scene in Taxi

As a deliverer of Pizza in the 90s, you can take that as a given…;)

I turned up to my CBT on Honda CB1 and two piece leathers. !!!!
Some one turned up on when I was doing DAS in Romford in a gsxr 1000. He didn't last the first day.

How did they turn up on it? Pillion while someone else rode?
Richa are fine. Would probably plump for these for the extra money as they're on offer...
I have a pair of those TCX boots. They're good. Loads of feel which is good for beginners too.
