Hats has been lying about living in China all this time and now it turns out it's actually some
communist country.

It's called "socialism with Chinese characteristics" actually - obvs the end goal is communist utopia but first we have to go through the stage where the party leaders get rich and buy US/Canadian passports for their families using funds from their Cayman Islands companies.
