I had this a little while ago, just before a routine eye test, so I brought it up with the optician.
His advice was look at fewer screens, rest your eyes more and blink more often.

Look at fewer screens? Could it be that when I take a break from looking at the big screen at the end of the day to look at the little screen, it's not actually good for me?!
