While a group of kids are filming a horror movie a US air force train crashes, within it is an alien and the parts of his space craft to take him home. 5 kids see the event. mid/end of the film girl gets taken by the alien... she doesn't die... the alien builds his craft... it goes home without destroying and killing every one on earth.

Why does Rami Malek's character have such a murderboner for Bond? I'm not really getting it. Or, rather, I do get it, but it's silly.

And how did he meet the Leya Seydoux character? Did I miss that in a previous film?

I did enjoy the it though.

I don't think much of his character's motivation makes sense, beyond destroying Spectre as revenge for killing his parents. Safin was an extremely weak and poorly drawn baddie...
