I had mine yesterday in Bidborough House and they had two queues. 1 hour delay for appointments and 4 hour wait for walk ins...it's just the volume of people they're having to deal with. I'd had my original vaccination appointments up at the business design centre in Angel and it was the same team from there now working in Bidborough house, which is obviously a massive step down in capacity.

Today they have separate queues. Was a very straightforward 18 minutes from my appointment time to actually being jabbed. The walk in queue wasn't moving and they were telling people three hours.
