ha, sorry!
What is madjax? Do you have pictures?
-

I'm very happy with them, customer servicr is great. Going to try and fit the box this weekend.
-
• #8405
Oof that's some dollar! Looks good though, and the kids will be comfy!
-
• #8406
That was the motivation behind the upgrade. If they're not comfortable....
this whole cargo bike is the most expensive bike I've bought. Its the worst midlife crisis indulgence present ever.

Flipping heck.
They've only got two for sale at SBC that are on reduction.... -

Got a new box fitted on the work bike today. Sounds exciting.
Got home.

I have this very fear.
-

I have the holde box and although it is perfect on the user end, I never understood why they routed the truck straps inside the panels. I simply leave mine on the outside and it works perfectly. Might simplify your endeavor. You can catch a glimpse of what im getting at in the background of this picture of a faulty tire.

Doesn't fit? Is that the issue?
-

Very much this.
Thankfully a one off as normally I'll be on the omnium and this will live at work.
Was only 4 bolts tbf.

Shouldn’t laugh……
Laughed a lot…..
Reminds me of being very smug with a sofa I’d bought for my last apartment (the basement you’ve been too, for context) only to realise that fitting it down the stairs, through the door, let alone anywhere near the lounge area was going to be impossible 😂 -

consider a new house?
-
• #8416
Ha that one is small compared to some I've put out recently, 600/650mm wide is the default, done a bunch of 750mm wide and now 800 + 850mm wide. Can fit two moderately flexible humans inside without issue.
Rattly buggers though, always need to get crafty with inner tubes to stop the insane sound when they are empty. -
• #8418
Fuck you.
-
• #8419
Yeh it ain't quiet. Thought the box before was bad. Least this one won't reflect the sun into my face.
-

Interesting!!
Can you post another pic? Where does the ratchet strap route around the backboard?
-
• #8421
Sorry the ratchet remains inside. So you need two slots in the front panel but none in the others. Couple of big washers could keep the back panel off the frame allowing the strap to remain outside there without being pinched. Washers should be used regardless.
Probably won't simplify things much honestly.
The biggest issue is that all that wood weighs a fawking metric ton.

If someone was looking to move on the honeycomb base board and folding chair, what would be a price on here and off here?
-
• #8424
Saw that Kev.. someone's already had the same idea and updated the CAD file.
Sent it over to Sentinel plastics and they weren't interested, think i'm gonna look at doing it out of wood.
