Seeing this has prompted me to dig out my 1975 Airfix Magazine Guide 10 (1975)

It's probably a bit late to suggest modelling an earlier version with hard-edged splinter camouflage?

Thanks both.. The wet pallet was introduced and paint mixing has been taking place. Underside painted.
