Yep, I was referred to him by the NHS.
Funnily enough after over a year of excruciating sciatic pain and not being able to ride my bike properly I was keen to have an expert sort me out but also have a surgeon who had experience of dealing with cyclists.
During the operation said surgeon found a hole in the lining around my spinal cord so I ended up having five days of flat bed rest and my bum wiped by nurses.
This doesn't seem very aspirational to me - or at all funny - but whatever floats @WillMelling 's boat I guess.
