    I’ve not run faster than 5 min kms in the last 3 weeks and most are more like 6 min kms… admittedly I’ve been running an avg of 50k per week, but it restores the faith in the run slow to run fast method…

    Sub 1:30 half marathon early Jan is the next target on the improvement plan..
