I did Bromley parkrun today and stepped in a hidden poo amongst fallen leaves.
London XC champs at Parliament hill later. My wife is supposed to be running, but she drank a bottle of brandy last night and danced around the kitchen until midnight, and it looks like she won't have recovered in time.
