It's only the new version of the 8spd mechanical. Be nice to have a few gears on the utility bike though.

Having seen this Karate Monkey converted into a 27.5+, I think I'm going to try the same with Ogre no 2.

Just need to find out if the v-brake bosses will get in the way...

Couldn't find my shorter chainring bolts, so just spaced it out :-)

Well, singlespeeding again was nice, for a change, even on these tiny 50mm semi-slick tyres

It's made me want to build up another singlespeed though...
