I am sure 500km is quoted as life for running shoes anyway?

I think it's 500 miles, but there seems to be a lot of debate on that as well. Some folk think shoes should last longer than that and 500 miles is just a selling point.

Was close enough proud of that effort.

I’ll be honest I get about 500km out of mine before changing due to liking new ones
