Really happy with my latest purchase! I was looking for something classy but still sporty and around 39-40mm and really liked this Certina.
Couldn't find this model new anymore so ended up buying second hand from chrono24 for the first time. It's basically in brand new condition:)

I always liked the look of these. Why don’t more people put the date at 6!

Yema kickstarter opened.
Went for the beige one, boring but not had a beige one before.

Beige is the best looking one IMO

Spent £3k on carpets at the weekend instead.

My Casioak had condensation behind the crystal riding in to work this morning. I thought they were supposed to be tough? Consider me disappoint.
Had it over year so not convinced I'll get anything on warranty.

fairly sure 2 years is the default warranty with G Shocks.
Had no issues with their customer service department when I was a fucking idiot with a new watch (thought it was broken, it wasn't)

Thanks, you are right, 2 years it is. Time to send an email!

very nice that. congrats

Yeah, that's a cast iron warranty claim. They're rated 200m water resistant.

A bit disappointing given that my basic 30m WR £15 Casio survived a couple of 30+m dives no problem whereas the G-Shock has only been surfing.

Agree, anything that says G-Shock on it has to meet certain criteria and you shouldn't even have to think about getting it wet.

Managed to get my hands on this prototype. I was thinking a carbon body would be nice, as titanium gets quite cold.

I'm really tempted by one. Would you recommend? Not sure the missus would be pleased with me dropping a grand but I do really like them.

cool as fuck

Not as cold as steel! I reckon you’d like the Doxa carbon.

You get what you see, a simple, light, slim watch. I like it yeah.
I would like some numbers not just markers, but only affects telling time at night.
It's super comfy, I wore the predecessor all the time. -

I bought a G-Shock. It’s not for me. Anyone fancies a 5600? It has the titanium mod too.
£100 posted all in.
