It's certainly what the terms at that link say - to an extent, anyway, the "12 weeks before" thing is a bit of a stretch given they can't say when the vehicle will actually be delivered to them.
However, it's not what the MD told me the terms were when I went to meet him.

And could only carry two people, or four people and zero bikes inside?
