Is that 2.1" thunderburt ? You seems to have not so wide rims, may I ask their width ?

I believe they are 2.1" yes. Rims er fairly standard XC rims width. I have never had an issue.

how much more space would a 120mm rotor get you?

120mm rotors might cause other sorts of issues.

Amazing, love that fork

Now that the eldest will be in need of a pedalbike soon, I am in constant state of letdown whenever I look up off the shelf models.

This will be all kinds of rad, are you going to make a rack for the repurposed mudguard eyelets?
