OH HAI! All good buddy, and yourself? Well, apart from finding our tiny house a bit cramped these days! Yeah I was worried everything from anyone decent would be 70k+, let’s see what a more detailed quote says…

Dan James 2018 - 35k ex vat for the conversion + 3K ex vat to replace roof tiles which needed doing anyway. Doesn't include bathroom suite, tiling, decoration, light fittings all extra.
Total cost (including furniture) ended up just short of 64k inc VAT

Yeah all good fella, apart from things going wrong whilst still trying to other things to the house ffs.
It’s easy to spread out. Need more space likewise. Or just less stuff…
