Looks similar to Scott foil I had about 8 years ago where the seatpost expansion bolt affair was stronger than the back of the frame, even with an accurate torque wrench, sand paper and most coarse grip paste the seatpost would not hold a 75kg rider up for any length of time and slide into the frame. So folks would increase the torque on the bolt until your held, and then the frame would split open. I only ever had the "updated" frame, and it still did it. Cannondale done the same design?
I need to get one of these printed (ideally in titanium) because Cannondale cocked up with the 2020 SuperSix Evo and I got one cheap:

@dbr recommended Shapeways but they don't seem to do ti. We reckon stainless would work fine, but they guy who designed it recommends ti because apparently it bonds better. It's also lighter of course.
Can anyone recommend anywhere for getting this done?
