@aggi am aware of how busy Dan James are. They were doing simultaneous jobs on Seymour and Allison recently. I'd tried the 0800 number on the website about three times a couple of months back and only ever got voicemail. Another Level were on my list, will give myself a kick up the arse and see if I have any more luck with them.

I had a really good call with the guy from here when we were choosing a loft company, discussed layout options and process and he gave me some ballpark figures but then completely ghosted me when I tried to get a more detailed quote. Obviously not unusual behaviour for trades and you might well get a better experience.

It's something I'm keen doing but the only people I've tried to contact so far are Dan James, who didn't respond to webmail, email or voicemail. I took that as indicative of the general state of things and haven't attempted to bother anyone else since.
