I was just thinking about manc footie footwear after seeing loads of young lads chanting in London Bridge station, dressed to a man in 35 year old Adidas silhouettes.
25 years ago the fans and players pretty much dressed alike but now the players have gone way out designer wear, and the fans their age are doing 1980s cosplay

Adidas Yung / Ozweego styles come in a bucket of colours, they aren't quite full dad shoe - always had a soft spot for some of the Diadora reissues too for something slightly different.
Speaking of Adidas - just picked up a cheap pair of futurepacers, bit mental looking as with most of my trainers but Jesus they're comfortable - why have I never bought anything with that bouncy polystyrene looking sole before?! Also they're reflective. And pink - will look lovely shoved in the back of the wardrobe next to the reflective green Nike apprentice that I just remembered about...

I want some dad trainers for around town, pub etc but can’t find anything quite right. Something like classic ASICS up thread or colourful Adidas. More trainer style than flat manc footie yob style.
Green, blue, multi colour.
Any thoughts?
