We just had a fireworks display in the garden (a couple of boxes of low noise ones to try to get the boy into the spirit without scaring him). Sally sat and watched giving zero fucks.
That said, a lot of my boat dwelling mates are in for a shit night - their dogs can’t deal with fireworks and loads of people go down to the marina to set them off. You can’t soundproof a narrowboat.
