Is your uncle normally an unfeeling inhuman twat? Did he leave his kids home alone when they were about 2? Some people shouldn't be allowed to have animals higher in the evolutionary scale than nematodes.
I am lucky in that all 4 of my dogs will run towards a fireworks display. My thoughts are with those whose dogs are traumatised by them tonight.

my uncle recently got a jack russell puppy and invited my mum up to visit this weekend but said benny couldn't come with her. I already had plans so couldn't look after him and when pressed why benny wasn't invited it was revealed they planned on leaving their 3-4mth old puppy indoors on it's own while they took the kids to a bonfire event all evening.
really fucking winds me up, why even get a dog if you're going to be a prick about owning it...
