  • House price increase taken into consideration (avg c. 5.5% per year for SE England (range 4.9-5.9, including London and the suburbs)), the sold price equivalent is roughly £1.05million.
    Plus TMH boost (probably 50-100k onto market price- extrapolating from a quote they gave us).
