I'll put money on Clerkenwell Screw not stocking chain-ring bolts.
I used to do a lot of business with them about 20 years ago when I was at The Science Museum.
I went in there not so long ago and was quite shocked as to how decrepit in appearance they had all become. I think most of them smoke/smoked.
