What is the light you're fitting them into? I know i bang on about this but clear lamps are pretty grim unless heavily diffused.
I think Tala are mostly 2500k which is too warm for anything other than night-time settings IMO. I have a range of them and they're pretty syrupy in the day, they also don't dim particularly well. I've had good results with Zico and Calex.

Two hanging pendent lights.
The room is currently office and dinning room. With one of the pendents hanging over the laptop.
The current clear bulbs sort of work as the inside of the lights/reflector is white. But I'm not adversed to opaque. I got these in the end: Osram LED Lamp/E27 Base/Warm White (2700 K)/Replaces 60 W Incandescent Bulbs/8.50 W/Frosted/LED Base Classic A, Pack of 3 https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B019QAU9PA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_i_H9QJ5326JQC0Z4DWVT0N
Hoping they won't be too bright, as there are two.
But won't need to use them until these Philips blow.
Thought this would be a good place to ask about light bulbs. Idk why but buying light bulbs is up there as one of my least favourite household tasks and I've just run out of our dinning rooms ones.
Currently have these which aren't very energy efficient and blow comparatively frequently. On balance I think they are a good fit with the light. Any suggestions for decent led alternatives?
Cheers.
