They are pretty decent in use. I use a floorstander for my record deck and it came with a free small one that's decent. They are very nice for reading, dimmable and quality light with a decent cri. Good if you're into prints/drawing etc.

Guess this is the thread to ask this: recommendations for decent (floor/free-standing) reading lights? I keep getting ads for the 'Serious Reader' lights, but £200 for their cheapest seems like an awful lot; they seem to use nice dimmable daylight LEDs with high CRI, but that still seems pricey for something that's blandly inoffensive looks-wise.
