• You can always do a @hippy , keep riding until you almost punctured due to excessively low pressure (as he did at 20psi on his Condor).

  • 20psi is faaar too much for shredding the gnar!

    I suppose it would actually be handy to not have to check your tyres every ride although invariably, owing to shoddy rim taping and stale tubeless fluid, my tyres are always flat after a few days... I should really do something about it.

  • The tyre pressure shows on the Garmin, so you can see at a glance if you need to get the pump out, and if you do then you can see the precise pressure in the tyre as you pump it up (the big gauge on my Lezyne pump is a bit optimistic).

    Saves pumping past the point you think you want, then bleeding it back down to your target with the digital pressure gauge.
