2x 750ml bottles - 80ishgrams of maltodextrin in each, dash of sea salt, dash of losalt and then either peach squash or lemon juice for flavour. I half fill the bottles with water as you need to shake it well to get a decent mix, then fill up with the rest of water once mixed.
I find this works for me for 100km but that's doing it in around 3 hours 20ish
You could think of it as a platform to raise awareness for your cause, rather than to “build a personal brand”.
You mentioned your maltodextrin…so before you become a brand ambassador(!) could you detail your DIY fuelling strategy/products?
